1. Submit a signed Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement on behalf of your company. The EPCglobal IP Policy enables all companies subscribing to the organization to have open, neutral access to EPCglobal Network technology standards. The agreement enables non-proprietary technology for the benefit of industry as a whole. The EPCglobal Intellectual Property Policy can be downloaded here.

Fax the entire IP Policy to +1 937.435.7317. Please note that no revisions or additions will be accepted.

2. Upon receipt of a signed IP Policy, you are eligible to participate in EPCglobal Working Groups. To determine which Working Groups will be most appropriate for your company, review the Charters of the active Working Groups and submit signed Opt-In Agreements for each group that your company chooses to get involved in. 3. Within 2 working days, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the Opt-In Agreement and representatives will be added to the EPCLINKLIST mail server archival system. Follow the directions in the email to login to the EPCLINKLIST system to find the latest communication to the working groups. You may then participate in conference calls or attending meetings.

4. Within 7 working days, you will receive access to the Action/Working Group areas of eRoom. You will receive an email notifying you of your access. Please go to the eRoom to review the latest documents, meeting minutes and schedules.
